We can offer results that are extremely natural looking, so no duck-lips or trout-pouts please! They can be as subtle or as "wow" as you like, tailored to your dream lips. 

For subtle results we recommend 0.5mL, and for a fuller result: 1mL.

We believe in gradually building your lips, letting your body adapt and adjust and topping up if needed, so we won't ever push you to get more filler than you want.

  • One week prior to your treatment, avoid taking aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (Aspirin, Ibuprofen), Gingko Biloba, Vitamin E or fish oil supplements. 


  • These agents may increase bruising and bleeding at the injection site. If you require a pain remedy during this time period, it is ok to take paracetamol.


  • Adding leafy greens to your diet will boost your Vitamin K and help to reduce the possibility of bruising and swelling.


  • Arnica supplements or creams have been shown to reduce discomfort, bruising and swelling from injectable procedures.


  • Bruising is possible and therefore, we recommend that you schedule any social plans accordingly for 2 weeks following your procedure.

  • Keep your hands very clean when massaging the filler if instructed to do so

  • Do NOT have any facial laser or electrical treatments for 2 weeks following your injections

  • Avoid makeup for 24 hours after injections where possible, if desperate, stick to mineral based powders and natural balms

  • Following your injection, limit intense exercise for 24 hours

  • No alcohol or smoking for 24 hours

  • Avoid saunas, steam rooms, sun beds for 48 hours

  • Swelling is normal, you may still be swollen 2 weeks later. If you see any bruising that doesn't look normal, or your lips or face feel cold, contact us immediately.
