We understand that sometimes circumstances may require a refund, and we aim to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. Please review our refund policy below:

1. Refund Eligibility:

   - Refunds may be requested for prepaid services that have not been rendered.

   - Refunds are not applicable to services that have already been provided.

   - Products purchased from Aesthetica Medical Spa may be eligible for a refund if returned unopened and in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

2. Refund Process:

   - To request a refund, please contact our clinic directly either by phone or email.

   - Provide your full name, contact information, and details of the service or product for which you are seeking a refund.

   - A member of our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

   - If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment.

3. Exceptions:

   - Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered, except in cases of documented medical necessity or extenuating circumstances.

- Note we cannot guarantee any results as everyone can react differently to treatments. 

- Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

- Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of product defect or allergic reaction.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   - To avoid being charged for a scheduled appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations.

   - Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of prepaid services.

5. Policy Changes:

   - Aesthetica Medical Spa reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

   - Any changes to the refund policy will be posted on our website and communicated to clients through email or other appropriate channels.
